The website tells you that you may reference the material during the test. I didn't read anything and passed it in about min's. Most state jurisprudence exams are a complete joke. I really don't know the purpose other than to make sure they have something to throw at you in court if you screw up. Anyway, not I took it a few weeks ago and it reminded me of the CNA exam. The answers are usually painfully obvious, or else easily found it usually references a specific part of the NPA, so you can look it up.
